The HAL-Q System Development Center was established alongside the development of SILK (Shariah-compliant ICT Logistics Kontrol), which received the Top Innovation Award at the World Halal Research Summit in 2012. SILK is an information technology system designed for halal supply chain, logistics, and traceability management. The system is programmed to seamlessly integrate with HAL-Q, providing a competitive advantage to industries that adopt it.
